Four-Ball Net tees off Monday

PAIRINGS          RESULTS

The 33rd SCGA Four-Ball Net Championship begins this Monday and Tuesday at Oak Valley GC in Beaumont.  This 36-hole championship consists of two person teams; and each individual of the team must have an active current Handicap Index not exceeding 18.4 and be members at the same club. All players will play 18 holes Monday and 18 holes Tuesday.

Both days of the championship will be played with the Four-Ball Net Format (two person better ball).  Each individual will play to 90% of their Course Handicap. After the 90 percent reduction, if partners’ Course Handicap differs by more than eight strokes, an additional 10 percent reduction will be applied to their Course Handicap.

Oak Valley GC, a Schimdt/Curley design, is set against the majestic backdrop of the San Gorgonio and San Jacinto Mountains.  The course possesses memorable vistas with natural rolling terrain, picturesque elevation changes and fantastic shot values.  Players will be challenged to a stern test that will greet PGA Tour hopefuls during the first stage of Q-School later in the month.

Scores will be available here and will be updated as teams finish each day.
