Has golfed since: The age of 10. A nice gift from my father.

What Tom would like to see more of on the course: More walking and faster pace of play, which go hand in hand.

What part of the game of golf needs to change: More flexibility in the dress code to reflect the style and tastes of all generations of golfers.

Importance of junior golf: I'd tell juniors to get some of your friends involved playing with you.  Golf is a game of friendships.
