Do you have a son, daughter or other junior in your life who would benefit from being involved in golf? The SCGA Foundation's Youth on Course program provides affordable access to golf for all Southland juniors involved in the program, with $1-$5 green and $1-$2 range fees. Youth on Course members also have access to the Scholarship Program, College Golf Summits and G.A.M.E Club Program, which provide education and mentoring opportunities.

Youth on Course is partially funded by the USGA, which generously supplied the program with a grant for 2012, bringing their five-year total to $70,000 of support.
“We are very happy to support the SCGA Foundation’s Youth on Course program,” said Beth Murrison, USGA director of public services. “The program does a wonderful job improving the lives of youth through the game of golf, which is exactly what the USGA strives to accomplish through our charitable funding.”
Since the program began in June of 2008, Youth on Course has subsidized more than 60,000 rounds of golf and 80,000 buckets of balls for more than 4,000 Southland juniors.
Youth on Course is also being featured in the current issue of Southland Golf Magazine. Read the article here.
