As part of its mission to promote the education of youth through golf, SCGA Youth on Course hosts $5 Clinics & Play Days for all junior golfers throughout the Southland. These clinics not only include nine holes of golf, but also instruction from the course's PGA professional. Most recently, juniors and their parents enjoyed a clinic at Sun Valley GC, where juniors were taught basic swing fundamentals before having their swings analyzed through video technology.
"The video analysis was my favorite part of the day," said junior golfer Andrew Wichman. "But I also loved having the chance to play the course afterwards."
