GCSAA Water Use and Conversation Survey

The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America’s (GCSAA) Golf Course Environmental Profile surveys are central to the industry’s efforts to deal with drought. They give the industry the data it needs to make its case for equitable treatment as legislators and regulators issue rules to reduce water use.

SCGA is working in tandem with its allied partners in the California Alliance for Golf (CAG) to encourage clubs, management companies, general managers, and their superintendents to participate in this third major GCSAA Golf Course Water Use and Conservation survey. You can help by encouraging your club, management group, and/or general manager to ask your golf course superintendent to take the handful of moments necessary to fill out the survey.

Information about the survey can be found by clicking the following link:https://www.gcsaa.org/environment/golf-course-environmental-profile.

The actual survey can be accessed via the following link:https://ngf.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eFAYal9x7awy38G?src=I1

The deadline for submittal is November 23, 2021.

Every superintendent who completes the survey in its entirety will automatically be entered into prize drawings. GCSAA is offering more than $10,000 in prizes during the third series of GCEP surveys. There will be three prize winners in each of the seven U.S. agronomic regions per survey. Three randomly selected participants in first, second and third order will receive $300, $200, and $100 respectively. In addition, GCSAA members will be awarded 0.50 service points for their participation. Individual survey responses will not be disclosed or used by GCSAA; results will ONLY be published in aggregate.
