January 2020 marked the roll out of the new World Handicap System. A golf club representative is required to participate in a WHS Seminar and pass the required exam with a minimum score of 80%. All golf clubs must complete this part of the USGA/SCGA Club Licensing Agreement in order to use any part of the World Handicap System.
